USPA NEWS - Formula 1 has officially kicked off its 75th anniversary season with a memorable event at the O2 in London. Under the name F1 75 Live, the presentation show brought together the 10 teams and 20 drivers who unveiled the new designs of their cars for the 2025 campaign. In addition to the automotive exhibition, the evening included musical performances and the presence of numerous famous guests.
As this is the first time that F1 has organized a season launch event, there were some uncertainties about how the teams would choose to highlight their moment when the time came to reveal the livery of each team.

Moreover, by holding the presentations in reverse order of the constructors' championship result from the previous year, the Kick Sauber team faced the pressure of being the first to showcase their design.
Kick Sauber
The Kick Sauber team was tasked with opening the event, and they did it in style. The presentation included an exciting display of drummers and a dazzling green and black light show. Finally, the car's livery was revealed alongside their new pair of drivers: Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto.
Williams
Williams showcased their new design with a striking presentation, kicking off their first campaign with a new driver lineup: Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon. During the event, the team's director, James Vowles, joined the drivers on stage. Before the reveal, images reflecting Williams' legendary history in the sport were projected.
Racing Bulls
The team formerly known as RB (and previously AlphaTauri) presented themselves as Racing Bulls, highlighting their new name. Before the reveal, comedian Munya Chawawa interacted with fans in London, seeing if they could guess the team's new name. Drivers Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar, along with team director Laurent Mekies and CEO Peter Bayer, showcased the new colors of the car for 2025.
Hass
Hass, the American team, paid homage to its roots with a vibrant entry while "Are You Gonna Go My Way" by Lenny Kravitz played in the background. Clips of famous locations in the United States were projected. The team's lineup, consisting of Esteban Ocon and Ollie Bearman, was also presented, with Bearman receiving a warm welcome from the fans.
Alpine
Alpine heightened the anticipation with the performance of "Supernova" by composer Brian Tyler before the reveal of their design. Drivers Pierre Gasly and Jack Doohan, along with team boss Oliver Oakes, were present and smiling as they admired the team's vibrant creation.
Aston Martin
Aston Martin opted for a cinematic approach in their presentation. The action began with a film showing 'Agent 0014' and 'Agent 0018' in a dramatic chase across the river. Then, Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll appeared in the arena, removing their helmets in front of the cheering fans.
Mercedes
Mercedes offered fans the first glimpse of the W16 during the event. The new era of the Silver Arrows was celebrated with the addition of rookie Kimi Antonelli as George Russell's teammate. Team boss Toto Wolff joined the drivers on stage, and a film with the slogan "every dream needs a team" was projected before the reveal of the 2025 design.
Red Bull
Red Bull unveiled their design with a Rolling Stones soundtrack and a film showing fans following the Red Bull truck. Drivers Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson took to the stage to reveal the new color scheme. Red Bull will start the season aiming to reclaim the Constructors' Championship after being surpassed by McLaren in 2024, while Verstappen seeks his fifth consecutive individual title.
Ferrari
Ferrari's presentation generated great excitement as it marked the first public appearance of Lewis Hamilton as a team driver. The seven-time world champion received a warm ovation when mentioned by host Jack Whitehall at the beginning of the night. Later, Hamilton joined his teammate Charles Leclerc and boss Fred Vasseur to showcase the SF-25's livery. Hamilton spoke about feeling "invigorated" and "full of life" after his move to the team, while Leclerc and Vasseur also enjoyed a positive reaction from the crowd.
McLaren
McLaren, the current Constructors' Champions, were the last to unveil their design. The presentation recognized the team's past successes by showcasing several of their previous winning cars on stage. Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri revealed the MCL39, hoping that this car can also join the list of the team's future victories.

The 2025 Formula 1 season promises to be thrilling with the participation of these ten teams and their innovative designs. The mix of new talents, lineup changes, and spectacular liveries heralds fierce competition in the championship's 75th anniversary.
